In no event shall StickerLab.ai, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
8. Monthly Subscription
By subscribing to our AI Image Generation Service, users agree to pay a monthly fee, which grants access to our service for the duration of one month from the date of subscription. This subscription is automatically renewed each month. The fee will be billed to the payment method you have on file with us.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, please visit your account settings and follow the instructions for subscription cancellation. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for cancellation before the end of the subscription period.
Changes in Fees
We reserve the right to modify the subscription fee. Any fee changes will be communicated to you in advance through email or a notification on the service interface. Fee changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the fee change. Continued use of the service after the fee change constitutes your agreement to pay the modified subscription fee amount.
9. General
9.1. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
9.2. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
